This project involved the complete refurbishment of a one-bedroom apartment, taking the property back to brick to create a fresh, modern living space. The renovation included the installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, along with new plasterwork, flooring, and decoration throughout.

Working from a blank canvas allowed every element of the apartment to be upgraded to modern standards, improving both functionality and aesthetics. The result is a bright, contemporary home that maximises the available space while delivering a high-quality finish throughout.
