I’d been putting off this renovation for nearly 10 years, the task felt overwhelming, and I don’t ‘speak builder’. But when I met Dani, everything changed. We started with just one bedroom and bathroom, and I quickly realised he was the right person to take on the full project.
Once we had the plans and planning permission in place, Dani and his team got to work on a complete renovation of my property in Chiswick. This included removing the rear of the house and building a substantial extension. It was a full transformation, the house was stripped back and rebuilt from scratch, with new underfloor heating, five bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, utility room… everything was redesigned and renewed.
Dani delivered the project on budget, with excellent communication and attention to detail throughout. The finish was so good that the snagging list was almost non-existent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Dani and his team completed a total renovation of my flat taking the walls back to brick to fix damp. He installed a new kitchen and bathroom, basically gutting the flat and starting again.
